- Pork chops
- Cheddar cheese
- Whole grain mustard
- Cooking oil
- Full-fat milk
- A large onion
Peel and slice the potatoes in circular thick shapes and fry in the pan with onions. This is just to get the onion taste on the potatoes and to have them crunchy and not fully cooked.
Place the potatoes in the dish and bake for 10 minutes under 200dc until the potatoes have a nice brown color.
Mix the milk, mustard and shredded cheddar cheese in a separate bowl (you’ll need it for later after the pork chops have cooked with the potatoes).
Place the chops on top of the potatoes, add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the milk/shredded cheddar cheese/mustard mixture on to the potatoes and pork chops.
Put back in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. The milk and cheese are bubbly after a few minutes.
Serve as desired. Yum ?
