- Minced beef
- An onion
- Ripe tomatoes
- Grated carrots
- Worcestershire sauce
- Oregano or mixed herbs
- Beef stock (mix with water)
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Fry the onions in a pan, add garlic and minced meat and cook until brown, add the mushrooms and mixed herbs and cook for 3 minutes.
Cook for further 3 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti in salt water in a separate pot until al dente, drain and quickly toss in light cooking oil or olive oil.
