OFF-WHITE SEPARATES

Off White Separates

You may know by now that I prefer brighter colors during the cooler seasons, maybe because they have a way to brighten my mood as well. When it comes to shopping for white pieces however I tend to prefer off-white to dazzling white especially when a fabric has a rich texture like these pants. I’m currently obsessed with wide-leg pants as you may have noticed.

So when I saw these pants in off-white I had to grab a pair as well. I got the perfect chance to style them a few weeks back when I wore them to a baby-shower. (So if you’re thinking of a baby shower outfit this would be a fun one to try).  I paired them with this crochet bodysuit also in off-white. I guess it’s safe to say that once I have an obsession it takes a while to fade so obviously crochet is also popular in my closet right now.

Styling an all white or off-white outfit for that matter can be daunting at times especially if you’re  concerned the ensemble might come off as boring. The good news however is that this is one outfit that doesn’t really need much styling. Take this look for instance, I added beige accessories with gold accents to subtly complement the gold buttons on the pants and that was it.

I actually had fun looking for the perfect color palette to work with until I settled on beige, so the possibilities are endless if I dare say so. You could choose a pop of color or stick to a neutral palette like I did. Hope this inspires you to try an off-white look soon!
